Tara Alan hopes to raise $11,500 on Kickstarter for their cookbook, Bike. Camp. Cook.
She co-founded “Going Slowly” site while taking a multi-year bicycle tour across Europe and Asia. She developed the 50 recipes during her trip, and the funds will be used to print the cookbook. We’ve embedded a video about the project above. Here’s more about the project:
