Mayim Bialik served as a guest judge for Book of the Month.
Bialik, an actress best known for starring on The Big Bang Theory and Blossom, picked The History of Love by Nicole Krauss. Her selection will be one of five books being featured for October 2015.
Here’s more from the press release: “The History of Love, originally published in 2005, was featured by Book of the Month and awarded the club’s Best Literary Fiction Award in that year. The club has arranged to print a special 10th Anniversary Edition of the book for its members.” The other four titles include Fates and Furies by Lauren Groff, Gold Fame Citrus by Clare Vaye Watkins, Rising Strong by Brené Brown, and Smaller and Smaller Circles by F.H. Batacan.
