The team behind Jane the Virgin has published a short novel entitled The Passions of Santos on Wattpad. The project provides the back story for a fictional telenovela featured in the TV show’s storyline.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, showrunner Jennie Snyder Urman and her writers were enlisted to create this story. Both English and Spanish versions have been posted on Wattpad.
Here’s more information about the short novel: “Prepare to embark on the greatest love story ever told as Santos, the President of North Ecuaduras, and Blanca, the daughter of a poor farmer, fall passionately in love.
