Zagat Unveils LA's Latest ‘30 Under 30’
The youngest person on Zagat’s 2012 Los Angeles “30 Under 30” list is Nonna of Italy sous-chef Eric DeSimone. He’s a ridiculous 20 years of age.
At the other end of the stainless steel kitchen scale, there are a half-dozen folks who just squeaked in at age 29, including Mezze executive chef and partner Micah Wexler as well as Bradley Watkins (pictured). The latter has the best title of all honorees; he’s the cheese monger at Wally’s Cheese Box in Westwood.
