WordPress 3.2's Full Screen Editor: An Uncluttered Experience In A Cluttered World

WordPress 3.2 “Gershwin,” released earlier this summer, got me more excited than a typical WordPress release.

There’s the beautiful, HTML 5 Twenty Eleven default theme. There’s the different post formats.

Then there’s the refreshed dashboard that includes a full screen editor function.

If you’re a wordsmith that easily gets writer’s block like me, this new feature is a godsend. It allows me to focus on my writing, and not on the distractions around me.

So often we find ourselves writing directly into a CMS.
