WNYW Airs Tweet From Newark Mayor Cory Booker About Relationship with President Obama
The New York Post today had an exclusive about a strained relationship between Newark Mayor Cory Booker and President Obama.
In the story, Booker, who was campaigning for a spot in a re-elected President Obama’s Cabinet, lost out after speaking his mind in a TV appearance last month.
“He’s dead to us,” one ranking administration official told the Post.
The story was discussed on this morning’s Good Day New York. Moments later, Booker tweeted co-anchor Rosanna Scotto in reaction to the piece, which she read on the air.
