WNBC Reportedly Dismantles Set in New Studio
WNBC/Channel 4 was scheduled to debut its new studio and new look this month. It was joining many other stations in recent months that created new sets, or even brand new studios.
But plans are apparently being delayed.
Newscaststudio.com reports WNBC tore down the set in studio 3C— the station’s new 30 Rock digs–and is starting from scratch.
The website says the studio is now a “blank box” and it will take several months before it’s operational.
Senior management yanked the design, according to newscaststudio.com,
