'Why I Hate Blacks' Writer Pitched Story To Village Voice, NYT, Daily News


NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts is thought to be one of the most intellectual schools in the world, but it is also one of the most corrupt.

That’s how “Discrimination Against Asians at NYU,” Kenneth Eng‘s 2004 piece for Down In The Dirt, an “internet literary magazine,” starts.

Eng, who was fired by Asian Week for writing a piece entitled “Why I Hate Blacks,” says he received at least 10 death threats while an undergraduate student at Stonybrook and was threatened and attacked while at NYU for his opinions on race.
