UTA Moving to New Beverly Hills Headquarters
The United Talent Agency has signed a new 15-year lease with Tishman Speyer for 120,000 square feet of office space at 9336-9346 Civic Center Drive in Beverly Hills.
The Hollywood Reporter first broke the news last week. If the address rings a bell, it’s because the talent agency is moving to the same complex as Playboy, which announced earlier this month it was moving in 2012.
The UTA has spent the last 20 years at 9560 Wilshire Blvd.
“After 20 great years on Wilshire we are excited to have a new campus that will allow for our continued growth and provide an enhanced environment for our colleagues and clients,” the UTA board of directors said in a joint statement.
