There’s a reason you probably feel like Donald Trump is dominating the news lately. He is. According to a new study, Trump—beautifully moronic Trump—accounted for 48 percent of all 2016 presidential election coverage last week. That includes social and traditional media.
The Washington Post reports that from June 30 to July 6, Trump was mentioned 1.9 million times by both types of media. Those mentions were more than twice as likely to be negative than positive, but people are definitely obsessed.
