Topless Woman Story Tailor-Made for NY Post

Jessica Krigsman, a burlesque performer, is suing the NYPD and two officers who arrested her for going topless in public. Krigsman claims that last summer, when two cops spotted her sitting on a bench with nothing covering her breasts, they forced her shirt back on and arrested her. Despite the fact that it’s not illegal for women to be topless in NYC.

Krigsman said that it was a female cop who put the shirt on her, explaining, “The female cops hate to see topless women.
