Time to Tango for Frommer's
About 450 fans of Tango, Malbec and Parilla packed into the Argentinian Consulate last night at 56th St. & Fifth Ave. for a night of Argentinian glamor. The Belle Epoque mansion was the setting for a party celebrating the second edition of the Frommer’s guide to Buenos Aires and the first edition of Frommer’s guide to Argentina. Author Michael Luongo talked travel, politics and tango, (which, after years of traveling to and writing about Buenos Aires, he still hasn’t learned!) Luongo wrote the Buenos Aires guide, and was the co-author of the Argentina guide.
