Time Issues A Response Regarding Josh Ozersky's Failure To Disclose
Yesterday evening, we made mention of a disagreement between food writer Josh Ozersky and Village Voice restaurant critic Robert Sietsema on yesterday’s link roundup.
Long story short: In an article for Time, Ozersky wrote about his wedding celebration without disclosing that the chefs who provided the food did so without pay. This disappointed Sietsema, who wrote an open letter to Ozersky in the Village Voice.
