So now that Microsoft and Yahoo have signed their search deal and all Yahoo’s search will be handled through Bing’s backend, what happens to the folks working on search at Yahoo?
That was the question on Jason Calacanis‘ mind yesterday, when he Tweeted: “so what happens to all the amazing people working on search technology at Yahoo? Do they work for MSFT or get laid off?”
Twitter CEO Evan Williams replied: “@JasonCalacanis They could come work for us! :)”
Silicon Alley Insider says that as a small company with potentially hella valuable stock options, Williams could “get his pick of the litter.”
