The U.N. Vs. Megadeth

Well, we’ve written about a lot of disparate shit on this blog, but we never thought we’d have to type this sentence: It looks like the United Nations and Megadeth are in a blog war. Last week, the quasi-official unofficial UN Dispatch blog criticized the revered metal band because of an anti-U.N. song on their new album. The Dispatch criticized them for a “rambling, Limbaugh-esque monologue” and “dystopian fantasies” in a line-by-line deconstruction of the song’s lyrics.
