The Real Kramer, And A Real Comedian

Long-time Vegas comedian Tom Dreesen put aside the funny stuff last night to unwincingly put down Michael Richards‘ recent racist diatribe. The only way, he said (jokingly?) on last night’s Letterman show, for Richards to salvage his career, would be to appear in a movie as a character who gets blown away by about 300 “brothers.”

Dreesen, who was also performing at the Laugh Factory the night of Richards’ tirade, said a truly experienced comedian would have handled a crowd disturbance with much more aplomb, bringing them over to his side.
