The Louvre Retains Its 'World's Most Popular Museum' Title

This writer seems to be on a museum kick this morning, so why stop now? For at least the fourth year in a row, Paris’ Louvre Museum has retained its title as the world’s most popular museum. Late last week, they released their 2010 visitors count, coming in at a whopping 8.5 million, roughly the same as they had in 2009 and 2008 (in 2007, they had just 8.3 million).
