Brandon Perlman is ecstatic. He just landed the newly created director of marketing strategy gig at Hearst Magazines Digital Media, where he will help build the brand through creative solutions.
“The digital team is focused on partnering with companies that are changing the way consumers experience online advertising, and is also setting the bar for what advertisers expect from their marketing spend,” Perlman said in a press release. “I’ve been very impressed with Hearst’s digital innovation and I’m excited to join the marketing team to help further the group’s growth in this space as the company expands.”
But before you let the green-eyed monster get you, note that Hearst has a number of opportunities available in various departments that are yours for the taking. While Perlman is credited with helping to relaunch Departures.com and co-founding the StyleCaster Media Group, there are plenty of other jobs at Hearst that could suit you, too.
