The Divided Office at The Hollywood Reporter
Talk about a divided work environment. The Hollywood Reporter got another microscopic look at the paper’s work environment under editorial director Janice Min from her competitor at the Wrap, Sharon Waxman.
In the most recent take; Waxman explains that Min has begun to isolate the staff that served at THR prior to Min’s arrival while favoring the new hires that Min personally brought to the Hollywood publication. The work environment has gotten so divided, that the old staffers have reportedly dubbed the new arrivals “The Others.”
