Terry McDonell Lead Candidate for CUNY J-School
Terry McDonell, the former Time Inc. veteran, is a lead candidate to succeed Steve Shepard as dean of CUNY’s graduate school of journalism. The New York Post reports that McDonell is one of three finalists being considered.
McDonell is competing against Steven Waldman, the co-founder of Beliefnet and current CEO of Daily Bridge Media, and Sarah Bartlett, a former assistant managing editor at Businessweek and founder of CUNY j-school’s Urban Reporting program and its Business & Economics subject concentrations.
