Survey Shows Workforce Trends for Baby Boomers & Millennials

They looked at jobs recovery specifically for workers approaching the end of their careers and Millennials who are embarking on them. According to the report, baby boomers hold a larger percent of jobs in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and Millennials have struggled to make their mark in the past four years.

Baby boomers holding jobs from ages 55 to 64 grew in nine percent from 2007 to 2013.
