Remembering Reality TV Veteran Denise Cramsey
Variety’s Stuart Levine pays tasteful tribute to Emmy Award winning reality TV producer Denise Cramsey (Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Trading Spaces, School Pride), who passed away last night after being taken off life support.
The 41-year-old collapsed Tuesday after working out with a private trainer at the Hollywood Production Center and was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Hospital with what turned out to be a brain aneurysm. She was engaged to be married to filmmaker Scott Farquharson, with whom she had recently purchased a home.
“It’s impossible to put into words,” said Tom Forman, who as executive producer of ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Home Edition hired her to be his co-executive producer.
