Stressed Out at Work? Monster Survey Reveals You're Not Alone
Although stress certainly isn’t fun, if you’re among the 42 percent of respondents who have indicated they left a job due to an overly stressful environment, at least you’re not alone.
According to the new Monster survey, more than half of respondents (55 percent) said they experience very stressful lives and that number increases to 57 percent as it relates to work-related stress.
Breaking it down even further, 40 percent of participants in the survey said the biggest culprit is — you guessed it — their relationship with their boss.
