Stations Plan for 9/11 Anniversary Coverage
As the ninth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks approaches, TV stations are ready to commemorate the tragedy.
WCBS
Channel 2 will show the events, live from Ground Zero, beginning at 8:27 a.m. The station will remain on the air, commercial-free, until the start of the U.S. Open.
WNBC
Channel 4 is airing the complete list of the names of those who died.
WNYW/WWOR
Led by anchors Greg Kelly, Rosanna Scotto and Harry Martin, they will be reporting live from Ground Zero starting at 8 a.m.
