Rupert Murdoch Provides Customer Service Via Twitter

We like to poke fun at Rupert Murdoch and how he handles Twitter, but let the record show that he used the social network for something good today. Edward Barr, a Wall Street Journal subscriber, tweeted to Murdoch that he didn’t receive his paper for “the second time in one month.”

Then something magical happened: Murdoch replied to him. Murdoch asked for Barr’s location, and after Barr replied, Murdoch followed up with this:

Now that’s service! Someone high five Murdoch; he has earned it.
