Rolling Stone Profiles a 'Rock & Roll Willy Wonka'

Just in time for Memorial Day weekend, Rolling Stone has a pure music play. Hitting newsstands Friday, the latest issue features a cover story on Jack White that led contributing editor Jonah Weiner down to the artist’s Nashville HQ.

White, bannered with “The Strange Life of a Rock & Roll Willy Wonka”, sure does look the cover-part . And judging by today’s online teaser, this is going to be an everlasting gobstopper of a read:

White has a message for the female journalist who wrote he has a “Women Problem” in The Atlantic in 2012, accusing him of having retrograde attitudes regarding gender.
