Rodale Names First CTO

Rodale has named Bobby Chowdhury its first dedicated chief technology officer. Chowdhury comes to the company after spending four years with Condé Nast as its vice president of engineering and digital technology. Prior to that he was CTO of United Media & Scripps Ventures for 15 years.

“As we begin an important year for the company, Bobby’s valuable expertise and management background will help us turn our IT infrastructure into a strategic asset,” said Anthony Astarita, Rodale’s general manager/senior vice president of digital and new brand development, in a statement.
