Rita Wilson Named Editor of New 40+ HuffPo Section
Yes, that Rita Wilson. The actress, producer, and wife of Tom Hanks is signing on as Huffington Post’s newest editor.
Wilson will be Editor-at-Large for a new section for the baby boomer generation, called “Huff/Post 40.” And she won’t just be contributing the occasional blog post. HuffPo explains:
In this position, Wilson will oversee the vision and direction of the new site, including hiring its editor and team. She will also assign features, videos, and more.
Nothing against Wilson, who is a considerable talent, but come on.
