Revolving Door: WSJ. Hires Design Director Alex Grossman

The Wall Street Journal‘s foray into glossy, WSJ., has finally found itself a design director by hiring Alex Grossman. Formerly an art director at Conde Nast‘s magazine for cool new mothers, Cookie, he’s be taking on his new role immediately, overseeing the whole look and feel of the just-launched magazine. Here’s a bit:

“Alex’s eye for great design and his unique grasp of the visual lexicon will complement and enhance our existing editorial strength,” [editor-in-chief Tina Gaudoin] said.
