Reddit has named Mark Luckie head of journalism and media. Luckie previously worked for Twitter as manager of journalism and media.
Prior to his time at Twitter, Luckie worked for The Washington Post, Entertainment Weekly and The LA Times.
At Reddit, Luckie will have an expansive role.
“I’m pulling from my experience in and vast knowledge of the journalism industry,” Luckie told NBCNews. “I’ll be managing partner relationships with media organizations, developing integrations and working with internal teams to roll out tools that reflect the needs of publications and governmental organizations.”
