Real Simple has named Sara Austin executive editor and Danielle Jones design director.
Austin was most recently senior deputy editor for Cosmo. She had been with Cosmo since 2012. Austin previously worked for Self and Marie Claire.
Jones also comes to Real Simple from Cosmo, where she served as art director. She previously worked for Dr. Oz The Good Life and Glamour.
Austin and Jones start January 3.
