RBI May Be Selling Five, Not Four, Titles To Canon Communications
Canon Communications is in talks to acquire five, not four, trade publications from Reed Business Information, B-to-B Media Business reports.
The titles are Electronic Design News (EDN), Design News, Test & Measurement World, Packaging Digest, and Control Engineering, which, B-to-B says, would fit with Canon’s trade shows.
Canon was originally expected to announce today that the sale had completed; the company is based on the West coast so the announcement may happen soon.
If the sale does go through, that will leave 36
