Quinn O'Toole Tapped to Head NPR West

Quinn O’Toole has just been named managing director of NPR West. He also picked up the dual title deputy national editor. O’Toole will oversee all of NPR’s coverage in the 12 western states. O’Toole has been with NPR West for three years.
