Promotions Abound at Vanity Fair

Vanity Fair vice president and publisher Edward J. Menicheschi announced a number of sales-management promotions at the magazine.

Amber Estabrook has been promoted to the newly created position of associate publisher, luxury. For the past three years, Estabrook has been a member of the magazine’s management team as an advertising director. This new position focuses more on luxury advertising—a growth category for the publication.


Bill Mulvihill has been promoted to advertising director. He joined the magazine in 2011, as the advertising director, sales development.
