Lunching with the New Owner of Aaron Spelling's Mansion
It’s not every day, even in LA, that a 22-year-old gal buys an $85 million house. And yet, when UK journalist Celia Walden recently broke croutons at the Polo Lounge with fabulously wealthy British heiress Petra Ecclestone, she was told prior to the interview that the latter’s June acquisition of Candy and Aaron Spelling‘s massive Beverly Hills mansion (pictured) was off-limits.
To Walden’s credit, she still managed to edge into that topic-territory, getting the semi-scoop that Ecclestone did not buy the house for her seven dogs.
