The New York Times has officially launched a primary Instagram account. Available at @NYTimes, the account kicks things off with photographers interpreting a theme of “beginnings.”
The first entry is by Bryan Denton, who is covering the beginning and end of the Ebola outbreak in Sierra Leon. You know, something light and fun!
According to an announcement, other featured photographers include Todd Heisler (@heislerphoto) and Doug Mills (@nytmills) in the Unites States, Newsha Tavakolian (@newshatavakolian) in Iran, Daniel Berehulak (@danielberehulak) in India, Adam Ferguson (@adamfergusonphoto) in Thailand, and Sim Chi Yin (@chiyin_sim) in China.
