The New York Times has added Thomas Kaplan and Matt Flegenheimer to its congressional team.
Kaplan was most recently a reporter covering the presidential campaign. He has been with the Times since 2010.
Flegenheimer also previously covered the campaign as well as City Hall and transit. He has been with the Times since 2011.
Emmarie Huettman is also on the congressional team, which is overseen by Jennifer Steinhauer.
