NPR has named Sarah Gilbert executive producer of Morning Edition.
Gilbert most recently served as NPR’s Weekend Edition senior supervising editor.
Gilbert rejoined NPR and Weekend Edition in 2014 after a brief stint at American Public Media.
Gilbert previously worked for BBC, from 2002 to 2011.
