No Right To Privacy For Tila Tequila, Sluts

A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge has rejected Tila Tequila‘s request for an injunction against the release of a sex tape, reports TMZ. Tila has said the tape was made 7 years ago with her then-boyfriend, who recently threatened to make it public if she didn’t fork over $75,000.

Tila’s lawyer, Alan Gutman, argued that the tape is “an invasion of privacy and a misappropriation of her image.” But the judge disagreed, because “Tila exploits her sexuality.”
