In short and sweet fashion, The New Yorker’s Emma Allen captures what it’s like to wallow in vast expanses of pricey art and pricey real estate.
When she caught up last week with Aby Rosen, the real estate magnate was “relaxed and graham-cracker golden after a week in St. Bart’s.” Although, when all is said and that tan gone, he remains “a walrusy white-haired fifty-five.”
Allen accompanied Rosen to one of RFR Holding LLC’s newest properties, the 1898 Beaux-Arts Germania Bank at 190 Bowery.
