When she caught up last week with Aby Rosen, the real estate magnate was “relaxed and graham-cracker golden after a week in St. Bart’s.” Although, when all is said and that tan gone, he remains “a walrusy white-haired fifty-five.”

Allen accompanied Rosen to one of RFR Holding LLC’s newest properties, the 1898 Beaux-Arts Germania Bank at 190 Bowery.
