New York Times Accidentally Sends Email Meant for 300 to 8 Million

Earlier today we received the email pictured above from the New York Times that said we had cancelled our home subscription, which was news to us. It seems it was news to quite a few people.

The paper’s official account tweeted that it was spam and “not from us,” but now the Times reports that it was from them, it just went to the wrong people. About eight million wrong people. Amy Chozick, a Media Reporter for the paper, tweeted
