Nancy Franklin Departs The New Yorker

Nancy Franklin is leaving The New Yorker after 13 years as its TV critic. She just tweeted, “Some news: I’m leaving my job as The New Yorker’s TV critic. Happy to have had, for 13 yrs, the best job ever, and happy to be giving it up.”

Franklin joined The New Yorker back in 1978 as an Editorial Assistant. No word yet on what she’ll be doing next.
