The photographs of Miley Cyrus by Paola Kudacki are spectacular. Not so much the cover of Paper magazine’s “Use Your Voice” Summer Music Issue, but the ten or so shots inside. The issue hits newsstands June 22.
The accompanying text by Amanda Petrusich is equally revealing. Here’s a taste:
Eventually, Cyrus says, the problem of homelessness became impossible for her to ignore. “I can’t drive by in my f*cking Porsche and not f*cking do something,” she says. “I see it all day: people in their Bentleys and their Rolls and their Ubers, driving past these vets who have fought for our country, or these young women who have been raped.”
