Mic Media is joining Condé Nast as 1 World Trade Center tenants. According to Politico, Mic has signed a deal to occupy the building’s entire 82nd floor.
For Mic, the move will be quite a step up from its current 15,000-square foot space in Hudson Square. The 1 WTC office is 36,000-square feet.
Mic also intends to be at 1 WTC for some time — it has signed a 10.5-year lease.
