Santa Monica's Media Policy Center Establishes Journalism Award
The non-profit Media Policy Center, located at the intersection of 29th Street and Wilshire Blvd., has a memorable “About Us” section lede:
MPC was founded by producers Harry Wiland and Dale Bell, whose individual projects have won an Academy Award, five Emmys, one Peabody, two Christophers, two Cine Golden Eagles, among numerous other accolades.
Come February 2013, another lucky invididual will get to add mention of a Martin H. Bosworth Award for Consumer Journalism to their profile.
