Matt Mastrangelo Fired from Rolling Stone
Matt Mastrangelo — publisher of Rolling Stone for the past three years — has been fired. Mastrangelo had been with Wenner Media in some capacity since 2001.
“It is what it is,” Mastrangelo told Adweek. “It’s the right of the owner to make those decisions, and I can’t dwell on it.”
Let’s hope Jann Wenner didn’t fire Mastrangelo to replace him with a cousin or an aunt. Or an uncle. Or…
