Longtime Bay Area TV Reporter Rollin Post Dies at 81

Veteran California TV reporter Rollin Post died this week of Alzheimer’s at the age of 81, reports the Mercury News. Post spent most of his career in the Bay Area TV market, where he was the political editor for KRON-TV Channel 4. But Post got his start here in Los Angeles, as a copy boy for CBS Radio back in 1954. He switched to television at CBS here in LA, before moving to San Francisco TV market in 1961.
