Following the recent announcement that Livingly Media Inc. – parent company of websites Zimbio, StyleBistro and Lonny – has been sold for $25 million to French publicly traded outfit auFeminin, New York Post media columnist Keith J. Kelly digs deeper.

His conversation with Livingly CEO Tony Mamone is fascinating, in that while the executive is evasive about some topics, Mamone is unusually frank about other matters. Most notably when the company was last profitable.

Mamone told Kelly that the company has lost money in 2012, 2013 and 2014.
