LA18 Anchor Found Dead in Apparent Suicide
LA18 Korean-language anchor Jean Yoo was found dead in her Koreatown condo from an apparent suicide by hanging, according to Korean news reports.
The 36-year-old was the co-anchor of Prime News and previously worked at Korean-language channel tvK.
Yoo’s body was found by a relative when she didn’t show up to work on Monday and was sent to the L.A. County Coroner’s office while the LAPD continues to investigate her death.
