Justin Bieber is your new Rolling Stone cover dude. The 19-year-old Canadian appears shirtless, alongside copy reading “Why Justin Bieber Just Won’t Behave.” We have a few theories on that:

1) Bieber simply enjoys throwing dairy products at houses too much.

2) Constantly having to pull up your ill-fitting leather pants is taxing; misbehaving alleviates stress.

3) Bieber is a few blocks short of a Jenga tower.
